Stress Tip of the Week:

"You are doing the best you can with what you've got - and it's good enough!"

Repeat this mantra at least ten times a day and you will start to notice a difference in no time. You will stop expecting perfection and start accepting 'good enough'.

Jane - I'm so glad your world is a lot brighter. Hang on in there, Spring is on her way and just behind her Summer is coming to warm your heart and soothe the soul. Things always seem so much easier to deal with when the sun is shining.

It's a version of my mantra, "Strive for perfection, but settle for excellence".

It's not always possible to get everything 100% perfect.

Do your level best and that's all anyone can ask.
