Stress Tip of the Week - Remember you're not alone

No matter how stressful life seems at present, always be aware that others are experiencing the same.

When we encounter stress we often feel alone with no-one to understand our situation. We may have lost our job or worse, our home. We may be coping on the breadline or struggling to make ends meet and feeling that no one else is suffering.

Well, if this present situation has taught us anything, it's that it can happen to anyone. There is no-one that this recession hasn't touched in some way. So, take comfort in the knowledge that we are all in this together. And together, we can make it through. Things will get better in the long term.

In the short term we will cope. We will pull on our reserves of strength and get through. Sometimes things get worse before they get better - but they always get better. You are not alone!

Hi Heather, how lovely to discover your blogs! I know that aother will experience a similar kind of stress, but at the moment it seems that I'm the only one around here. It's difficult when you are overburdened to look outside and realize that you're not alone! All the best. Ciao. Antonella

Antonella,
I hope it helps for you to know there are others out there in a similar position.
And there are others out there ready and willing to listen if you need to offload.
Much love
