A thousand 19 inch data cabinets
When I first heard of this, I could not believe my ears. Some friend told me, that he heard of a huge security area that would be built in our city. The one thing he did not know was what security it was going to be. After a couple of months it turned out, that it was all about the security of the internet and the computer systems. A huge hall was built just at the suburbs of our city and there were thousands of 19 inch data cabinets put inside of that hall. The city was planning to make an enormous security system that would protect the computer systems in the whole country from hacker attacks and viruses. I was really amazed at that idea, because I really had my doubts, if it would work. I was very curious, how the hall with all those 19 inch data cabinets looked like. Then again I knew that I would never be able to see it, because I was just a regular citizen. I was very surprised to hear that the city council allowed taking excursions to the security hall once in a while. I bought me a special ticket and soon I could admire the whole army of 19 inch data cabinets. They looked really impressive and for a moment I felt really safe and had the feeling that this plan could actually work. But then again I knew what some brilliant minds were capable of and they would surely be able to win the fight against all those 19 inch data cabinets.
