From time to time, when it comes to overseas transactions and shipment of goods, there may be some small difficulties. Of course, they do not influence the general level of cooperation, which I guess is on a very high level, but it is just normal that people make mistakes. The more people from different branches involved in one undertaking, the bigger the probability that something goes wrong. And that was the case with our last cot mattress transaction. The consignment was to contain a hundred baby cot bedding units, straight from America. We saw them in a catalogue and used the catalogue number that was there. it turned out that the baby cot bedding we received were of different type than the ones we had in mind. We sent there a letter to clarify the situation and we learned that it was all entirely our fault because we have mixed the catalogue numbers. One of our workers must have copied the numbers with an error. Such things do happen. The most important thing is to know how to deal with them! First of all, we mustn"t get nervous because we will not achieve anything anyway. The shipment has to take a couple of days, that is clear, so there is no point in demanding having the goods instantly delivered. That is just impossible.
